Please accept this Attestation as my express written verification to the foregoing delineated items, as to the best of my knowledge and belief, upon diligent inquiry; previous research; interviews with my client, interviews with the borrower and guarantor’s partners, executives and/or associated corporate owners; and upon my personal belief therefrom, I earnestly state as follows: 

• The Altieri Firm, a Dubai Legal Consultancy Firm and Global Strategic Intelligence Company, is a certified legal consultancy registered in and licensed in Dubai, UAE, Commercial License Number 1170561 & Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department License Number CF-2023-00168 (“GSI”), and has acted as legal consultant and reseller & its worldwide client base of end purchasers, in coordination with Ms. Jennifer Victoria Vardon, identified by Canadian Passport n.: AG083512 in connection with Buy Side and  Sell Side transactions for the purchase and resale of cash, cash equivalents, CryptoAssets, various currencies, and coins, including but not limited to: BitCoin (“BTC”), Tether Token (“USDT”), ERC20 (“ERC20”) among others, and will act as an escrow agent and paymaster with respect to the escrow arrangement set forth herein; and 

• Reference is hereby made to that certain Private Crypto Purchase Agreement, by and between a bulk seller and Reseller whereby Reseller has the right to purchase discounted BTC from its Seller, whereby Reseller has the right to purchase discounted BTC from its Seller and thereafter resell said BTC in daisy-chained transactions with ultimate purchasers, and 

• GSI is the duly assigned escrow agent of all sales from Seller to Reseller and subsequent resales arranged by Reseller pursuant to the Master Escrow Agreement, dated hereof by and between Reseller and GSI (“Escrow Agreement”), and

• Undersigned, and his firm, shall be transferring cash, cash equivalents, CryptoAssets, various currencies, USDT, ERC20, or other equivalents in exchange for the BTC (or other coins transacted thereto) to GSI pursuant to the arrangement between Reseller and undersigned, and

• Undersigned shall receive from GSI the BTC (or other coins transacted thereto) pursuant to the sales arrangement between Reseller and undersigned, and 

• Thus, undersigned, on behalf of himself, and his firm, hereby irrevocably grant GSI the right to receive and direct the cash, cash equivalents, CryptoAssets, various currencies, and coins, including but not limited to: BTC, USDT, ERC20, among other currencies at its sole discretion pursuant to the purchase and sale to Reseller, and subsequent resale to undersigned in exchange for the BTC, and

• undersigned, on behalf of himself, and his firm, hereby irrevocably accept and agree to the terms and conditions delineated in the Escrow Agreement, and
• Concurrent with the acceptance and execution hereof and from time to time thereafter I, on behalf of myself, and the undersigned firm, shall execute such additional instruments and take such additional undertakings/action as GSI may reasonably request in order to effectuate the purpose and intent of the understanding by and between undersigned and GSI.
